The segregated ink debris is placed in the waste ink container and recycled water is safetly disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

1. Your used blanket wash is pumped into the distillation tank.
2. Heat from the heating element vapourises the solvent and water. Vapour flows to the condenser.
3. Vapour cools in the condenser.
4. Clean recycled blanket wash is pumped to an external drum for reuse. Distilled water is pumped to another drum for disposal and ink debris is transferred to the waste ink drum.
