The optimised automatic cleaning system EASY CLEANER C202-US for the environmentally friendly cleaning of press components via ultrasonic procedures is a further milestone of our environmental approach.
Ideally suited for:
- Newspaper production.
- Flexographic Printing.
- Corrugated Printing.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The press components to be cleaned, such as protective grids, ink drip pans, etc. are placed into the cleaning compartment of the EASY-CLEANER C202-US. in order to achieve effective and complete cleanign results, the compartment has integrated holders, which are adjusted to the components and can be changed quickly.

The cleaning container is loaded, the pneumatically working protective lid closes and the automatic cleaning cycle is commenced.
The contaminated parts are submerged into the ultrasonic bath, which the cleaning solution also circulates.
The operator can choose from up to 10 different, pre-defined or self-adjusted, cleaning programs. These programs control the number of cleaning cycles, the concentration of the cleaning agent and the duration of the cleaning process.
The complete cleaning procedure takes between 3 and 30 minutes, depending on the pre-selected program.
As with a car wash, the programs can be chosen with a pre-wash, main wash, rinsing and drying procedure.

- Reduced disposal costs (due to reduced or no residues) when used in conjunction with the Easylac integrated inline filtration unit. You are guaranteed an output of recovered cleaning solution of between 92-98%
