Orange Hide Jackets

A unique new concept in preventing press marking. Made for Heidelberg presses they are a cost effective, direct replacement for conventional anti-marking methods including nets, beaded film and vinyl jackets. They can be fitted in minutes, last over five times as long as nets and do not have to be re-tightened after fitting.

  • Permanently silicon coated top surface to reduce marking.
  • High density, glass bead matrix which evenly supports the printed sheet.
  • Perfectly level, low friction, monolayer resistant to oils and solvents.
  • Anti-slip, solvent resistant, micro cellular layer allowing uniform application across cylinder.

Alcohol Testers

From Litho Research use floating ball measurement to give you an accurate reading although using less than 15 cc of solution. Two types are available, offering wide (0-28%) and narrow range (0-12%) measurement.


Damper Covers

For conventional dampening systems in cotton or synthetic material with plush or looped finish. Stretch and shrink-on covers in stock from Webril - Red One, Red Runner, Hyton and fine or heavy stockinette.


Ionix Static Eliminator

A cost effective ioniser that eliminates static during paper separation and feeding. Easily fitted into your feeder blow line, it neutralises the negative charge and improves your press output. Available in four models, depending on your sheet size and blow pipe diameter. It is also suitable for folders, collators, binders and copiers.

Nitto Splicing Tapes

Distributed to the web offset industry by Pomeroys, who are the Nitto preferred printing supplier. Double sided, standard and repulpable tapes and nose tabs are held in stock.

Novawipes

Tough, disposable non-woven cleaning cloths for use throughout the pressroom. Sontara PrintClean, Wypall non-linting cloths and Webril products are also held in stock.
