CHARACTERISTICS:
The product is delivered as concentrate and can be diluted (with water) to the desired application concentration. Dilution is possible with up to 3 parts of water. The concentrate - and consequently also the dilution - do not contain any VOCs and can easily remove oily and fatty deposits, caked on glue and finger prints etc from all kinds of surfaces.
In the printing industry the concentrate can be used for all cleaning purposes, provided that it is diluted properly (making it economic efficient). In concentrated form, 220 400 is ideal for the removal of caked on glue residues from rubber cylinders, gluing machines and folding boxes etc.
220 400 contains no fluorine chlorinated hydrocarbons (FCHC) nor chlorinated hydrocarbons (CHC) nor aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon mixtures nor APEO containing emulsifiers. 220 400 is environmentally friendly, does not contain any VOCs and is not subject to transport regulations.
Another important fact is that 220 400 can be used offline with the especially developed automatic cleaning system with integrated filtration unit type EASY-CLEANER C 202. Cleaner waste can be recycled with the filtration system EASY-CLEANER which is not possible with oil-based cleaning agents.

- FOGRA Test Certificate for KBA Sheet Fed Offset.
Vegra Cleaning Concentrate 2080:
Reduces labour to the minimum. 2080 attacks and removes algae and other microbiological growth. Ink and paper components in the system are totally removed, restoring the performance of the dampening system to "as new" levels.
