Each product is carefully formulated at the Vegra laboratories in Germany and is then manufactured both in Germany and, under strict quality control, by Pomeroy in the UK.
Vegra dispersion coatings offer you a cost effective and environmentally sound alternative to traditional spirit based and UV varnishes, producing identical and in many cases superior results, without any penalty in terms of cost or ease of use.
Vegra dispersion coatings have been developed for application by dedicated in-line coating units or via inking rollers. They are available in a range of finishes, from matt to high gloss, and can be specially formulated to meet your exact specification for rub resistance, slip and viscosity.

Coatings can be applied via stripping blankets, self-adhesive blankets, Easy-Lac, photopolymer plates and Technolac / Folacoat Varniplate coating materials. Many of these can be supplied with one piece bars for faster press make-ready; please ask our sales team for further advice.
