PPP Perf-Print-Plus is an inline perforating, die-cutting, cutting and scoring system for offset printing - all done at full production speed. Where, once, work would mean quality defects or would even have to be done in a separate letterpress printing process, work can now be done inline and in-house in one offset printing operation (multicolour printing and inline finishing). Today, the system is produced for all current sheet-fed offset machines.

The system comprises a perforation plate or - depending on the application - a base foil with an integral millimetre foil clamped onto the blanket cylinder (instead of the blanket) together with a base set. Accessories specific for each application are also provided for perforating, cutting, die-cutting or scoring.

As a novel and efficient extra, the PPP system can also be used for precision partial ink and coat transfer applications.

Installation is simple for all areas of application, and there is no need for machines to be specially modified.
