Playcard Coating:
Playing cards dispersion coating available on request.
This coating would be applied via coating devices and dampening
units on sheetfed presses, separate coating units, coating machines.
Blister Coating:
Vegra 1730:
Vegra 1730 is used in the production of gloss film coats with good
blistering capability for joining to PVC, PET and polystyrol blister
sheeting.
Vegra 1730 can be applied via coating devices and dampening units
on sheetfed presses, roller coaters. Suitable for wet-on-wet coating.
Coverage (Depends on printing material and applicator unit):
o
4 to 6 g/m² for printing presses.
o
6 to 8 g/m² for roller coaters.
However, it has to be checked whether the amount applied is sufficient
for perfect blistering.
Dilution:
o
With water, if required.
