Our blanket presentation is second to none. Each blanket is individually wrapped, labelled and despatched to you in a poly-sleeve, to ensure that when you receive your blankets, that you can easily remove them from the box one at a time without damaging the rest of your shipment. Your blankets can remain in their poly-sleeve until you are ready to use them. Self adhesive non-slip plastic, non-slip plastic, together with coating plate support packing, all available from stock. Compressible Underlay: To achieve a good transfer of coating / varnish, it is important that the correct pressure / guage is maintained. This can be achieved by using a compressible underlay. Compressible underlay plays a vital role in the coating units, because it absorbs the pressure between the relief of the coating blanket / plate and the impression cylinder and also reduces vibrations which are caused by imbalance bearing defects etc. Printing Aids - For Rubber Blankets: Our range of printing aids for rubber blankets, include such items as repair fluid and blanket scrubbers. Blanket Washcloth: Only clean machines give you a sharp print! No matter how good your printing press, any print job can be ruined if your blankets are not kept clean. We supply both Sontara® Washcloth in Jumbo rolls and mini rolls. Alternatively, we have our own brand of high quality washcloth which not only guarantees your print run is of the highest quality, but can cut waste and downtime.
